App FAQs
If this occurs, give the app a moment to recalibrate. Start by turning your device completely away from facing your physical model, for example by pointing your device to the ground.
After a few seconds, the text dialogue "Tracking Critical...Please move model into view" should appear on the screen. When you see that text dialogue, wait for a blue outline of an aircraft to pop-up on the screen.
Once you can see the blue aircraft outline on the device, retry pointing your device's camera at the physical model. To ensure that the AR model perfectly overlays on top of the physical model, try to size your physical model to match the dimensions of the blue outline as closely as possible.
Make sure your model is pointing into the right direction accordingly to the blue outline.

No, you do not need a physical model to use the app! If you want to explore the app and its features without a model, there is a demonstration mode available on the app's main screen for anyone to use.
We're sorry to hear that! If you are experiencing any technical issues while using the app, the first step we'd recommend is to restart the app.
If restarting the app does not work and issues continue to occur, feel free to send us an email at [email protected] so we can look further into the issue.
