As the world’s first entirely 3D-printed rocket, the Relativity Space Terran 1 represents a giant leap in aerospace manufacturing efficiency. To help Relativity Space communicate the value of their technological breakthrough, we designed and fabricated these 1/48 scale display models to serve as both gifts to important stakeholders as well immediate marketing tools.

Using exterior design information and surface data provided by the client, we used Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) additive manufacturing technology (mirroring the client’s own innovative production methods) to create an accurate scale representation of the two-stage launch vehicle.

These models allow the business development team to demonstrate the Terran 1’s versatile design in a tangible format, providing a clear visual and tactile aid for an emerging rocket program that is redefining what is possible in the aerospace arena.
