To demonstrate the modular design of their new Advanced Combat Radar (RACR), Raytheon needed a way to demonstrate how the unit integrates into the existing Boeing fighter airframe. Pacmin Studio produced a 1/3 scale RACR radar model paired with a partial fighter jet nose cone. The radar seats precisely inside the nose section and lifts out cleanly, letting presenters demonstrate the drop-in installation in seconds rather than describing it. Built for repeated handling during demonstrations, this high-fidelity mock-up turned a complex avionics upgrade into something a customer could pick up, examine, and immediately understand.
