We produced this 1/1 scale side stick prototype to assist long-time partner Embraer in creating an authentic pilot experience for their cockpit mock-up.

This project was a masterclass in rapid prototyping, moving from a raw 3D-printed component to a finished asset in less than a week. Pacmin Studios customizers efficiently applied paint, graphics, and finishes to create a full-size replica that was indistinguishable from the functional flight hardware. Embraer was able to meet their aggressive deadline without compromising the visual or tactile quality of their cockpit display.
