PacMin Culture

PACMIN CULTURE

Our company culture of creativity and thoughtfulness is what drives us to create the most striking scale models and custom tradeshow exhibits on the market. Below are some of the cornerstones that represent the PacMin culture and how we incorporate sustainability and corporate responsibility into our everyday operations.

3 bottom lines of PacMin culture

CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

We believe in investing in green technology and we continually challenge our vendors to find the most environmentally conscious products. We want our aviation models to create the biggest impact for your brand at the lowest environmental impact.

To that end, we have redesigned our packaging to use 20% less materials, reduced our energy consumption by 40% by switching to more energy efficient lights, and implemented recycling initiatives throughout our production process. PacMin also follows all volatile organic compounds (VOC) regulations related to our paints and related products.

CHARITABLE AFFILIATIONS

PacMin supports numerous nonprofits and charitable organizations related to the aviation and aerospace industry. We believe these relationships are important in fostering a love for aviation and giving back to our communities. Below is a selection of the organizations we support.
