Pacmin Studios Culture

Our company culture of creativity and thoughtfulness is what drives us to create the most striking and accurate scale models and custom tradeshow exhibits on the market. Below are some of the cornerstones that represent the Pacmin Studios culture and how we incorporate sustainability and corporate responsibility into our everyday operations.

Pacmin Studios recognizes its responsibility to protect our planet. As such, our vision is to become a “zero waste” business by practicing waste prevention, utilizing clean energy like solar power, making environmentally conscious purchases, and recycling solid waste and organics. To that end, in 2020, we installed 623 solar panels, which will reduce our CO2 emissions by 10.8 million pounds over the next 25 years.

We continue to incorporate lean manufacturing principles throughout our production process, resulting in reduction of non-value-added waste and rework. We also adhere to one of the strictest volatile organic compounds (VOC) regulations in the country.

These are just some of the initiatives that are moving us towards becoming a “greener” company.

We support numerous nonprofits and charitable organizations related to the aviation and aerospace industry. We believe these relationships are important in fostering a love for aviation and giving back to our communities. Below are some of the organizations we support.

• Aero Club
• All The Arts For All The Children
• Commemorative Air Force (CAF)
• ISTAT Foundation
• Rotary Club International End Polio Now Campaign
• Women in Aviation
