Pacmin Studios develops an eye-catching 17 foot 1/8 scale Alaska Airlines exhibit model of the Boeing 737 MAX 9 for the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington.
Located inside Seattle’s new Climate Pledge Arena, the Alaska Airlines Atrium offers a distinctive aviation-themed experience for guests attending the newly redone Seattle Climate Pledge Arena. At twice the size of the previous arena, the new arena is capable of housing a multitude of different events and has a capacity between 17 – 18,000.
One of the critical immersive elements of the plaza is the striking 17 foot (5 meter) airplane model suspended from the eaves. The large exhibit model greets guests as they enter with its unique and alluring display.

Crafted over several months, the aircraft model was engineered using CAD data from the full-scale aircraft and scaled down to 1/8 of its size. This process allowed for an accurate tool to be developed.
Once the fiberglass parts were cast and cured, they were assembled and finished in Pacmin Studios fashion with meticulous attention to detail. The final product is a work of art with a spectacular glossy finish and complex features.
The completed 1/8 scale 737 MAX 9 airplane model is 17 feet (5 meter) in length with a 14.7 foot (4.5 meter) wingspan.
