Reading Time: < 1 minute

On October 18, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation unveiled the long-awaited Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ). It is the first Japanese-made passenger aircraft in 50 years.

Executives from MHI, Mitsubishi Aircraft, ANA Holdings and Trans States Airlines attended the rollout ceremony. Several distinguished VIP guests were also in attendance.

To commemorate the rollout, PacMin produced an exclusive Rollout Model Package for Mitsubishi. The model serves as a stunning memento of the historic event. It features premium packaging and a fine art interior detailing the distinguishing features of the MRJ90 and MRJ70.

Mitsubishi currently has 375 orders and commitments for the MRJ. First flight is scheduled for 2015 and first delivery in 2017.
