Boeing Launches 777X with PacMin models
On opening day of the 2013 Dubai Airshow, Boeing officially launched their 777X program. Their announcement came with record-breaking orders from Etihad, Qatar, Emirates and previously announced customer Lufthansa. The combined order totaled over $95 billion, the largest launch by value in commercial airliner history.
A fleet of PacMin Boeing models, including the new 777X, were also on display at Boeing’s booth. The large 1/20 scale 777X model also featured moving winglet parts and fully functional exterior lighting.
