We want you to know that at PacMin we are closely monitoring the rapidly changing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation worldwide, and are taking steps to prioritize the health and safety of our employees while ensuring business continuity to minimize disruptions to our valued customers.

Please note the following status of our services:

  • Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics are continuing without disruption and we have contingency plans in place should our teams need to work from home.
  • We continue to allow access to our facility for customers who need to meet regarding projects or plan future ones. We are however pausing on visits to customer facilities due to travel restrictions but have full online meeting capabilities in place.
  • Our Global operations in California, Mexico, and China are up and running, so barring border shutdowns, we are in a strong inventory position and do not anticipate any significant order disruption on systems or materials in the coming weeks. Unless notified otherwise we will continue to process and ship orders as scheduled.
