PacMin, Inc. is looking for a silk screener to join our team. 1-2 years of prior experience with a manual and/or automatic press machine is required. If you’re looking to grow with an organization and develop your career, this is the job for you!
Hours: 5:00am-1:30pm (hours may vary depending on departmental needs)
Responsibilities:
· Operate the manual or automatic press machines to create decals
· Conduct quality control to ensure that the colors/decals match order specifications
· Prepare and print nameplates as needed
· Cut decal paper to correct size & Quantity
· Check Film for errors prior to printing
· Maintain machine by checking air and oil on a regular basis
· Keep Print Area Clean and orderly
Requirements:
· Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required
· Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in Silk Screening or equivalent
· Good hand, eye coordination
· Experience working in manufacturing environment
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· Experience with basic computer skills
· Ability to read and write English
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Basic mathematical skills required
· Must pay close attention to detail
· Must be able to distinguish between and recognize different colors
